Property owners can create a user account and publish their apartments. Advertising is available according to the current price list, and the portal reserves the right to review and approve entries before publication.

• The advertiser guarantees the accuracy and timeliness of the information.
• Inappropriate or false content may be removed without prior notice.
• Images must be authentic and show the actual condition of the property.

3. Reservations and Contacts

The portal does not mediate in reservations. All reservations and communication take place directly between users and advertisers via the contact details published in the ad.

The portal is not responsible for misunderstandings, cancellations, incorrect information, or damages resulting from agreements between users and advertisers.

4. Liability

The portal makes efforts to ensure accurate information but does not guarantee its completeness. Use of the portal is at your own risk. We do not guarantee against technical difficulties or interruptions in operation.
