Terms of Use of the Apartmanly - Apartments portal

1. General

By using the Apartmanly - Apartments portal (hereinafter: the portal), you accept these terms. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, please leave the portal. The portal allows users to browse and book accommodations and allows property owners to advertise their apartments.

2. Advertising

Property owners can create an account and list their apartments. Advertising is available according to the current price list – FREE. The portal reserves the right to review and approve listings before publication.

  • The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information.
  • Inappropriate or false content may be removed without prior notice.
  • Images must be authentic and reflect the actual state of the property.
  • Property owners may request deletion of their listings or remove them personally. Deleting the owner's profile will remove all their units, except for data legally required to be retained.

3. Bookings and Contacts

The portal does not mediate bookings. All reservations and communications occur directly between users and property owners using contact information provided in the listing.

The portal is not responsible for misunderstandings, cancellations, incorrect information, or damages arising from agreements between users and property owners.

Prices in listings are indicative; the final price is determined by the owner at the time of booking or via phone contact.

4. Liability

The portal makes efforts to ensure accurate information but does not guarantee completeness. Use of the portal is at your own risk. The portal is not liable for technical issues or interruptions and possible errors during the testing phase.

5. Privacy and Security

Users’ personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. By submitting data through forms, users consent to its processing and display. Data is not shared with third parties and is stored in accordance with GDPR and relevant laws in BiH and Croatia.

6. Changes to Terms

The portal reserves the right to change the Terms of Use without prior notice. Users are advised to periodically check the current terms.
