By using the Apartmanly - apartments platform (hereinafter: the Portal), the user accepts these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

Please note that the Portal is currently in a test / beta phase. All features, including booking requests and availability calendar, may be subject to changes and technical issues.

The Portal is an informational and technical online platform that allows users to browse accommodation listings and send booking requests to property owners, and owners to publish their properties.

The Portal does not provide travel agency services, does not confirm bookings, and is not a party in any contract between users and property owners.

2. Accommodation Listings

Property owners can create an account and list their accommodations.

The Portal reserves the right to review and approve listings before publication and remove inappropriate content.

Property owners are responsible for accuracy of data.
Images must accurately represent the property.
Owners manage availability and calendars.
Owners may request deletion of listings.
Deleting an account removes all listings except legally required data.

3. Booking Requests and Calendar

The Portal allows sending and tracking booking requests and viewing availability calendars.

The Portal does not charge commissions for requests or bookings.

Features are in a test phase and may change or not work correctly.

A booking request is not a confirmed reservation.

Data from booking requests is used only to contact the property owner.
